1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OiPDF ('Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and Delaware.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use OiPDF for personal and commercial document conversion purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the service materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

OiPDF provides PDF and image to CSV conversion services using OCR and AI technology. The service processes uploaded documents and returns structured data in CSV format. Processing accuracy may vary depending on document quality and complexity.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Refunds are not provided for partial periods, but service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your uploaded documents are processed securely and are not stored permanently on our servers after processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing. For detailed information about data handling, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Limitations

The service is provided 'as is' with no guarantees of 100% accuracy in data extraction. Maximum file size limits and daily usage limits apply to prevent system abuse. We reserve the right to modify service limits with reasonable notice to users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on OiPDF are provided on an 'as is' basis. OiPDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall OiPDF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OiPDF, even if OiPDF or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but these terms will remain in effect.
